All the prices shown in the list of our products include VAT in the countries where it is applicable and are valid except for transcription errors or computer problems. Shipping & Returns
Product order delivery
(i) Place of delivery
DAIE undertakes to deliver the Product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the User. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the Customer must be an address in which delivery can be made within normal business hours.
If at the time of delivery of the Product at the address indicated, the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. The delivery times are average times corresponding to the preparation and shipping periods, calculated according to the estimated date of receipt of the goods in our warehouses. In case of partial delivery, this right will only affect the balance of the order that has been pending delivery, being possible that the delivery of the same order is made several times. (i) Right of withdrawal
The Customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the Product to cancel, totally or partially, the purchase of the Product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Customs fees and taxes are paid by the customer and must be paid when the package is picked up at the destination. In case of not collecting the order, the refund of the amount will not be made.
To use the return system, the following requirements must be met:

For information purposes, the transportation costs of the return, as long as it is ordered by Daie, are currently € 8.00 for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), € 12.00 for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and € 20.00 for Canary Islands. In the rest of the countries, the client must be responsible for the shipping process.
(ii) Reimbursement of the price of the Products to the Client

Partial refunds of an order will result in refunds of the partial price.
Partial returns of an order will result in reimbursement of the price and partial shipping costs. The shipping costs will be returned proportionally to the value of the returned product.
DAIE will manage the price return order through the same payment system used by the Customer for the purchase of the Products, within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order and, in any case, within a period not exceeding the period of 14 calendar days from when the Customer communicated his withdrawal. The application of the refund of the price in the Client’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity.
